Playing - Programming carried on RIGHTALK is transmitted using Windows Media 9 Codecs and is compatible with Windows Media Players v6.4x, v.7x, and v.9x.
Download Windows Media Players and updates for PC and MAC here(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.aspx?displaylang=en&categoryid=4)
Connecting and Buffering - When you first log on to a RIGHTALK programming, you will experience a delay of 15-60 seconds as your computer connects to our server and buffers the signal. This is normal.
Performance - If you experience significant drops outs or loss of signal, try increasing the buffer on your Windows Media Player. Go to “Tools”, “Options”, “Performance” and under “Network Buffering” increase the buffer five seconds at a time until optimum performance is achieved.
If you are having trouble receiving our programming check the version number of your player and update as necessary. If problems persist, try your player with a different live program from another provider on the internet. If you are still having problems, consult your computer professional or email techsupport@rightalk.com |
